As I’ve made the move out here to the WA, I’ve been exploring and came across this little spot called Build-A-Burger…

The front. You can find the spot kind of in the cut. You’ll be able to see it from the freeway actually, but it feels a little hidden. So be on the lookout!

Here’s the inside from the point of view of my table. My table was the corner table right next to the entrance and the rest of the tables are lined up behind me. so not to big of a spot, but comfortable space and seating. If you notice, there’s no big menu posted because this is a relatively new place that has only been open for a about a month (slightly longer by the time this posts).

Here it is, my order. The Burger I built had grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing and the “house sauce.” It was delicious! The burger in the picture definitely has char on it, but it was not dry at all and I ordered it well done. The bun was soft and tasted like a good burger bun. This is a spot that I would take someone too and one that I plan on visiting again.

If you find yourself near the Tacoma Mall, try this spot out instead of the food court. I do not think you will be disappointed.
