So I’m not sure why anyone who doesn’t live in or near Hemet California would ever find themselves in Hemet, if you ever do, you might want to drop by this little spot called….(not sure how to add an emoji so below is a picture of the name LOL).

Chicken Bang Bang is the name of the sandwich I ordered.

So I believe I’ve only had banh mi one other time before I had this one so I can’t really compare it to any other spot, but this sandwich is delicious. The bread was crispy just on the outside and super soft on the inside. This pickled carrots compliments the savory chicken. The overall sandwich tastes refreshing because of the bread, the pickled veggies and the minimal ingredients; unlike a Subway sandwich that can feel kind of heavy. Anyways, there’s not much to this sandwich other than what you can see above, but it is a spot that I will choose over any other sandwich spot whenever I have the hankering for this kind of sandwich. Then again, I might be a little biased…being Asian and all 😉
