Discipline is a huge when it comes to many things in life. You need to stay on that healthy diet, go out and get some exercise, stay minimalist, and an endless list of other things. I’ve implemented a couple of things that I do daily as a way of disciplining myself. One of those things is waking up at 4:30 AM every day. Okay, I cheat a little. My alarm is set for 4:30 AM, and I do wake up, but it might take me about 30 minutes to get up and out of bed. Anyways, the point of the matter is, I do it because if I can discipline myself to get up this early every day it bleeds into everything else I do throughout my day.
I find that I’m more disciplined to blog daily, keep all my things in order, eat breakfast, and this list also can on and on.

I visualize my target. What will I achieve, if I follow my diet, training plan or daily structure. The mental picture pushes me 🙂
I totally agree with that. Whenever I can visualize the goal it drives me that much more. Mentality is key to most things…if not everything.
