This was a dish I got at a Japanese restaurant in Irvine, CA. Fukada is the name! (almost slipped my mind). This dish below was the spicy tuna don. Three ingredients: tuna, rice, and the sea weed on top. That’s it! And it was so good. Sometimes less is more. My take on dishes is that the less ingredients the better. Simplicity over…umm…over doing it.
