Kimchi fried rice! I like this dish. For those that really like that kimchi flavor, this may not be for you because it’s not that strong. That’s one of the reasons why I like it because you get that kimchi spice and hint of flavor, but is not overpowering. That egg is definitely the “icing on the cake.”
