So I’m definitely still going to post all my foodie adventures, but I think I’ll start sprinkling in some of the food I make at home. As a minimalist (and also just as a lazy man), I like to cook things that are super simple. With that being said, I should say that I definitely recommend the Tasty app to look for all types of recipes. Anyways, I found this pasta recipe through that app and it’s crazy simple to make. Here it is….
All the ingredients are listed here:
- spaghetti – Just FYI, I like the Barilla brand, plus I find it to usually be the most affordable.
- Parmesan cheese – I used shredded parmesan (it’s what was in the fridge) and it clumped together so it was as evenly mixed throughout the spaghetti. The recipe originally called for grated parmesan cheese and I’m sure it would’ve came out more smoothly.
- olive oil
- black pepper
- unsalted butter
- crushed red pepper flakes
That is it!
Here it is plated.
I think I’ve mentioned this before in a previous blog, but sometimes the tastiest dishes are made with the fewest ingredients. This was delicious, filling, and took no time at all to make. Next time I’ll probably make it with some chicken or some veggies, but it had legs on its own.
Hope you enjoyed!
