So this place is a little hot spot in Puyallup. It doesn’t look like much, just a big silver bus turned taqueria (taco shop). But it’s always packed. This is my first time going, but there always tons of cars parked outside and you can see the crowd as you dive by.
That’s kind of the back view of the restaurant, but you can kind of get the idea. Where the umbrellas are is where there are picnic style tables you can sit and eat.
Side note, car in front is not mine 😉
Here’s me in the back of the line. You can see there is space to sit and eat. It looks cramped, but for a solo mission it is plenty of room, which I was solo for this one.
Here’s a little closer shot of the front of the line, but you can see where they cook and where the cash register is.
And finally the food. They had a 5 taco “Especial” where you can choose which meat you want, except for lengua (tongue). Here I got 3 carne asada (marinated beef) and 2 pollo (chicken) tacos. It came with the cilantro and onions on top, but I added the green salsa. The tacos were tasty and definitely hit the spot for a quick lunch. However, it really wasn’t a quick lunch because it was a packed house, so wait times will definitely vary.
If you find yourself in Puyallup, WA this is a spot you definitely want to think about checking out. I definitely will be going back to try out their burritos and enchiladas and if time permits, I wanna try their breakfast foods.
Hope you enjoyed!
