My order. It’s called The Gabby and was your standard buttery, cheesy, grilled cheese sandwich.

There’s plenty of other options like Hawaiian, Chinese, Mediterranean, and much more, but this was the truck that was open at the time and so I went. This is a definite spot to check out and should be on your radar if you’re in town.
