Cell phones rule the dinner table that is. I know I’ve mentioned this before, but we’ve all seen it and we’ve all done it where everyone at the table is on their phones and not interacting with the live person right next to them. It’s really a shame. Anyways, I’m just bringing this up again because of a little game I heard about (sorry I don’t remember who told me).
Here’s how it goes: the next time you’re out eating with friends and family, the first person to pull out his/her phone has to pay for dinner. If multiple people do it, just have them split the bill. Adjust it as you like.
One good thing that can come from this little game is giving all of us the awareness of how often we are on our cell phones and how often we just think about our cell phones.
Now go out there and get that free meal!
Nice idea 😉
