I do eat meat, but I like to think of myself as a part time vegetarian. I’m not saying just because I eat tofu that makes you a vegetarian, but this dish is meat free.
Anyways, this dish happens to be one of my favorites. It consists of tofu, garlic, onions, and tomatoes. Also, soy sauce and vinegar, but that’s added to taste.
So simple, but really flavorful!
And of course, got to have my rice.
