Happy Mother’s Day to all moms, but a very special day to my mother-to-be wife 🙂 She’s the cook in the house, but today I decided to take on that role and it came out well if I say so myself. Haha!

These may be “instant” pancakes, but they came out really good. The flavor of chocolate macadamia nut was very subtle. It wasn’t sweet at all, but once we put on the maple syrup it brought the flavor out much more. The pancakes themselves also came out very fluffy on the inside. We’re definitely going to get it again when we can. Most importantly, my wife was happy and pleased.
