Just a quick post about some flour tortillas that I am a new fan of. I picked these up at Uwajimaya, a Japanese chain grocery store. The one I went to was in Bellevue, WA and at the end of one of the aisles were these tortillas. The sign under them said “made 18 miles away” so buying local was one of the main reasons I got them. Another reason is my wife said she would make tacos….so that was a definite buy.

If you find yourself in Bellevue, WA and going to Uwajimaya, definitely try these out.
